Trauma
Have you recently experienced trauma and are struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and avoidant behaviors? We can help. We provide a safe environment where you can share and process your experiences and learn techniques to help you overcome these difficult situations.
Depression
If your struggling with symptoms of depression, we want to help. Depression can be tough especially when your facing it alone. However, we have tools, activities, and exercises to get you back to feeling like yourself so you can enjoy the moments again.
